My father recently passed away unexpectedly and I removed everything for his place. However, I wasn’t up for cleaning the space prior to sale. You find out how clean your house really is after you move all of your things out - we were a bit nervous that it was a pretty big job for a VERY VERY reasonable price. Imagine how surprised we were to return to our old dusty house after the cleaning to find... perfection! Floors polished and shiny. Mirrors looked new. Every single drawer and shelf was perfectly clean. Not even dust remained in the deepest dark corner of our basement storage shelves. And there was no chemical smell, either - everything just smelled neutral and clean. We're headed out of state now, or I would be tempted to make this an annual thing!
